AN to respond to submitted tickets

how long after submitting a ticked to AN before a response is given?
I submitted a ticket last week, and i have heard nothing from it.

is there a reason for this?
lack of staff?
too many tickets submitted?

i dont think this is good practice to treat dedicated players in this manner, players that invest money in the game,

has anybody else submitted a ticket?
did you get a response?
was you happy with how you was treated?
