The problem is I think you have completely forgotten about the current players and what they have invested in time effort, thought and money to get to where they are, and how you just simply say we don't care about that.

If the game wasn't driven by randomness in terms of heros etc and if you could more train and skill up a different hero then recovery might be easier.

This is the second time you have made changes that are significant without prior notice and that is the key with this. With changes this significant I think you you need to give really significant notice about the plan before implementing - for example - retain old formations for 12 months while making the new ones available.

I hope you understand just how long it can take to save up the LDs to develop a hero fully - it can easily be 12 months - the new synopsis process only gives a small fraction back, and doesn't deal with the league store cost of buying advanced skill lds etc, and is on first look stupidly expensive if you want to minimize the losses - up to more than 6000 crystals for one hero...

If you continue to change without notice things in such a fundamental manner you will continue to lose players. If things stand then I am probably done, as I cont see a way to make my H.Cr work well and in the way they need to without another nearly years worth of ship focused hyper research. For me I am missing the defensive heros I need to try and cover in the mean time. I hope you understand that while the changes arte the same for everyone the impact of them is most assuredly NOT the same for everyone. The impact mostly relates to league and defenses and will vary greatly based on the research and heros we each have. How is it fair and reasonable to have what I have spent so much time, energy and considerable amounts of money building suddenly made second rate through something I have no control over. I really hope you will reconsider this change and think about the impact on your players.

If you don't then I think you will lose a fair few of them... This time I will be one.
Pretty much this. I have been playing for six months now, and have invested hundreds of dollars in this game. I was finally approaching completion of my end game strategy, but now with the formation changes all of this work has been negated. I will I all but have to have to start over again if I chose to continue playing now since my current strategy will no longer be viable. Also, after months of struggling to get white logs in my defense after reaching level 85+, I am back to almost all red due to this change as well.

The crystal cost for adv synopsis... that's more than a bit absurd (6000 crystals is easily $80+).

I was really excited when I heard there was a version of this game for mobile phones. I played the original one back when it was web based, and I have missed it ever since. I was equally excited about the prospect of this update, but it seems to be seriously flawed.

Okay - so have spent more time working through the options there are solutions available the look like they can work for most ship types - looks like the big winners are h.ms and h.dt. As for my last post h.cr can be made to work well but it does require resetting the the current research and changing where they are invested in and this is not a unique thing - all the ship types probably need to be approached a little differently.

As I said I like the idea of the new formations, the key issue is the absence of warning about significant change. People generally do not react well to surprises like this and please - it does rebalance and change what you need and how you configure and the response would be far more positive if you gave people time, allowed some discussion prior to actual implementation particularly 5 rounds into a league season...

Please learn from this - changes and added features are fine - it is when you change the existing situation and break what people have invested themselves into without notice or consultation that you get these issues.

Speaking of league what is the deal with the new universe league tier - will players be promoted into it from the top 25% of galaxy from round 5 or will it only come into effect for round 7? what are the rewards etc? What will happen in future seasons - how will your starting point/grade in league be decided? The help info in game remains unchanged, so this along with some of the info screens need to be updated if you want them to be accurate.

The way the Universe tier will work is yet to be finished. We'll let people know when we get the final details.

Checking to see if there are any updates/planned tweaks on the hero transfer feature.

It would be a shame remain as is and thus stay unused except the occasional recycle of old govs and whatever "small fish" transfers people use it for. Think of all that hard work the devs put into bringing this to life and above all ... think of the children!

Tron +XP% does not work on SPEC Transfer/Retire? I just observed that it doesn't if I SPEC/Retire a hero I haven't leveled any more than when they were 1st recruited. I haven't SPEC Transfer/Retire any hero that I have added XP, Skill, or Ability to if that would make a difference as to whether or not a Tron's +XP% would apply to SPEC Transfer/Retire.
